From time to time, the delivery company will mark a package as delivered when the driver is still in possession of it. Typically, this is resolved within 3 business days. If you do not see the package after the 3 business days have passed, contact Customer Support and we will be happy to look into this further.
Keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Note: All carrier networks are experiencing delays with significant shipping volumes across the country.
Your package may not show progress, scans, and updates for several days.
