We are unable to add or remove an item from the order once it has been placed. That said, you can place a second order or contact our team to see if we are able to cancel your current order.
Our team is available from 8am-4pm PT M-F, excluding company observed holidays. If you contact us outside of these business hours, we will not be able to view your inquiry until the following working day. We respond to inquiries in the order that we receive them. Please allow up to 3 business days for a response.
