Our warehouse team sets time aside during business hours to manually approve return requests. Please allow one full business day for your RMA# and return instructions. Business days do not include weekends or company observed holidays.
You can check the status of your return on the same form you submitted your request.
If status shows “Approved” and you have not received your RMA# with return instructions, first check your spam/junk folder.
If you are not able to locate our email, reach out to our Support Team. Make sure to include your order number.
