Return labels are not provided for replacements/exchanges.
Once you have filled out your information, an email will be sent to you with a Return Authorization number (RMA#).
Make a record of your return tracking information in case for any reason your return should go missing. The easiest way to do this is to take a picture of the return label with your phone.
Once your package has returned to our warehouse, a refund or exchange will be processed based on your request, and an email notification will be sent upon completion.
