From time to time, the scoop can sink to the bottom of the powder during transit. The scoop is about 1/8th of a cup, or 2 tablespoons. The Serving Size for this product is 11 grams, so if you have a food scale at home you can always weigh out exactly 11 grams. If you have already checked the entire jar, we would also be more than happy to send a replacement scoop. Just let us know your shipping address and we'll ship one to you.
